Creation / dissemination
Le Cube supports the emergence of new forms of creation through its artist residency scheme and by holding training courses, conferences and professional seminars. Le Cube also maintains and develops a network of partners, in France and abroad, in order to facilitate exchanges of experience, co-productions and the dissemination and promotion of artists’ works.
Supporting creation
Le Cube supports projects led by professional artists. In particular, it specialises in “real-time” technologies: virtual reality, motion capture, generative and behavioural systems, etc.
Productions
Since 2001, Le Cube has co-produced works which are being widely disseminated in France and abroad.
Supported projects
Le Cube supports some ten projects each year. Depending on the nature of the project, this support can come in various forms, including access to equipment or a fully equipped room, technical support, or assistance with dissemination.
The projects Le Cube typically supports are either shows with an interactive multimedia component or interactive installations.
Living Art Lab
The Living Art Lab activity unites various research or training seminars around the theme of living art*. International initiatives
Le Cube has great visibility on the international scene. It takes part in symposia, artist training courses, as well as in research and advisory seminars.
